This week’s featured recipe is from the late Mrs. Cleo Beaver. I found this recipe in the “What’s Cookin’? in Kannapolis, North Carolina cookbook that was compiled by the Susanna Wesley Circle of Mt Mitchell United Methodist Church. [© 1980]
- 1 (3 oz) pkg Jello
- 1/2 pt cream, whipped
- 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1 small can pineapple (crushed or chunks
Prepare Jello according to package directions. When jelled, beat up fine. Add other ingredients and place in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
