- 3 graham cracker crusts
- 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- dash of salt
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 (10 oz) bowl Cool Whip
Mix milk, lemon juice and salt. Stir in nuts and pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into graham cracker crusts. Chill and serve.
