Broccoli Salad

  • 1 to 2 bunches of broccoli crowns, broken into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup purple onion chopped


  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Mix everything in a large bowl.  Add dressing just before serving.
